Job Purpose 
This position is responsible for ensuring that all objectives and goals of the department aligned with company’s goals, as communicated by the trade management, are met and/or exceeded and for the day-to-day management of specific aspects of the department including ordering, merchandising, labour scheduling and customer service. The performance of the duties must ensure a quality service approach to all employees, customers and suppliers. All responsibilities must be performed in a manner consistent with the company policy.
Key Responsibilities 
Responsible for calling on new and existing customers to build sales volume, to remain abreast of customer requirements and to assess market trends.Calls on customers and prospective customers to inform them of products, new releases, services available, supply, etc.Provides technical assistance when necessary.Responsible for securing and renewing orders;works with customer services and sales management to provide servicing levels required by the customer.Builds and maintains a sales program within the territory based on strategic planning including prospecting, new business development, levels of available business and level of repeat business.Works effectively with all company personnel and resources to provide full customer service and assure continuing customer satisfaction.Applies good judgment and prompt follow through on customer complaints, returns, claims or other problems on products / services provided.Gathers and reports significant developments within accounts, prospects competitors and the general market for use by company management in research, analysis and planning purposes.Provides annual sales detailing target markets and accounts.Committed to the Company’s safety and quality programs.Prepare the annual sales forecast based on analysis of current business scenario, historical trends, competitor placement and customer segmentation.Make regular market visits to oversee sales operations, display, measuring customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with the promotions and pricing agreed with the key account customers.Assign the monthly targets to the sales teams based on sales plans and stock availability.Coordinate effectively and continuously with Supply chain department to ensure DOTIF for customers orders.Review and approve customer on-boarding, customer evaluation and credit limits. provide periodic analytic reports to Head of Trading.
Qualifications & Experience 
Education
Bachelor’s in Business or a Technical degree or equivalent experience
Experience 
10-15  years individual sales experience.
Professional Certification / Training 
Having training certificates in quality, sales and trade would be additional points
Skills & Personal Attributes  
Working in general office environment and field environment.Having good health and physical abilities necessary to work actively.The ability to work within a team.Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus.
