Job Purpose 
To Maintain the stock in warehouse & additional duties as sales representative 
Key Responsibilities 
Supervising warehouse staff and daily activitiesManaging, evaluating and reporting on warehouse activities.Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.Generating leads.Meeting or exceeding sales goals.Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.Preparing weekly and monthly reports.Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.Understanding and promoting company programs.Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.Maintaining client records.Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Experience
Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.Time management skills and the ability to delegate.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.Problem-solving skills.Experience in sales.Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.A commitment to excellent customer service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
